NC-17 Empire S-Pro seatpost
The Empire Super Pro seatpost is celebrating its 10th birthday. As a present, we aligned it to state-of-the-art bike technology. It is always a challenge to updegreee a perfect product. We focused on durability and weight. The new 2010 S-Pro seatpost has the same durability as the old one, yet it is 20g lighter. It was about time to lose some weight. A slim and slender S-Pro post is presenting itself in new garments and next to its delicate looks, it is one of the leaders on the world market with its 230g.
The adjusting of the saddle angle was raised to 48 degrees due to the new geometry and the new operation purpose. The clamping is pivoting in both directions and the angle can be easily reproduced by dint of a laser engraving. Because of the Rain Parallelogram, next to 7mm Standard Saddle Rails, 8mm DH Rails are allowed as well.
Of course it is DIN+ tested, and thus the most sophisticated existing norm is fulfilled! With ease, by the way.
