The Pro Handlebar Series

The relentless progress of mountain biking means a constant search for new materials and manufacturing processes. This lead to the introduction of the Pro Handlebar and seatpost in 2004.

Dirt, Freeride, DH and Street demand great performance. So for each gram we tried to save we had to bear in mind the durability and price of the bars for the heavy-duty user that we had in mind. Beside high-quality aircraft aluminum the handlebars are additionally gas-carburized and shot peened, this technology contributes to the perfect finish of the bars and further enhances the strength and constancy of the handlebar series. All handlebars are double butted. Engraved positioning assistance helps to align and shorten the bars.

The design of the Pro Series is tailored for the latest designs of frame and forks, with bars created to cater to each targeted application. It is worth noting that due to the strong butting of the handlebars that if fitting bar ends then end plugs must be installed.

Quality reference: If you buy handlebars, you have two possibilities. One, you buy a bar from another manufacturer and you are not sure of where it has come from and the history of the bar, or two you buy a handlebar of NC-17, because with us none of them fail.

NC-17 DH Pro Riser Bar

The difference between the DH Super Pro and the DH Pro from the NC-17 handlebar family is mainly the weight. If you have not yet experienced Dirt or DH, you need to check out this bar. When a couple of extra grams are not an issue, and you’d rather have the confidence of a heavy-duty bar then this is the one for you.
