18.05.2008 Lock-On grips
The plastic bar-end plugs are now available as spare parts. Send us an email and we will send them out. We also revised the bolts of these grips. The head is new, so your allen key will fit better now.

The 10mm quick release is now included at the It's Pete II rear hub.

We revised the white Big-D 31,8 handlebar. The new material will last the rising requirements. Available 30.07.2008
There were some problems with the seams of the gloves in the past. Naturally we will change those. The new gloves with prefect seams are already in stock.

25.11.2007 Empire S-Pro II
In the manual the tightening torque of both fixing bolts is 8Nm. This is fine, but can be increased to 10Nm for hardcore use. Choose what you want, the guarantee stays the same.
25.11.2007 Toro Pro
The Toro Pro lost weight, the cap of the stem is now optimised with 30%. Now spacer, which can be mounted above or under the stem are included.
25.11.2007 Toro S-Pro
The Toro S-Pro was pimped with 4 grams. There is now further material at the steering tube, to stabilize the fork. In addition the bar clamp of the stem is now adjusted to the features of the white powdered handlebars. Attention! White handlebars must have a 25.4mm -0,1 diameter to fit to our stem. It’s prohibited to use other diameters in combination with the NC-17 stem. Now spacer, which can be mounted above or under the stem, are included.
20.11.2007 White handlebars
We did not add a 0.1mm thick powder coating like other producers instead we manufactured a new handlebars to achieve a correct size so there will be no problem with the NC-17 handlebar.
20.11.2007 Chainline of the white crank
The bolt circle diameter for the outer chainring is now adjusted perfectly to the NC-17 chainrings. Also the chainline is now 42.5mm.

Due to the powder coating at the driveside the drive can be a bit rough running. So it is better to move the freewheel-body before assembling to grind the coating.

10.10.2007 ATTENTION Barend Plugs
The Barend Plugs are optimised for handlebars with diameter above 18mm. But through simple modification Barend Plugs do also fit to handlebars with inner diameter above 16,5mm. So, just cut the tube lengthwise, crop it a bit and everything fits.

The second series has past the DIN plus examination after a weight reduction and we have started the next production run. The seatpost is now available.

08.11.2005 Aluminum screws became more expensive!
Our original high quality aluminium screws from John Feddersen are still the best so we have kept using them despite the fact that we have recently had to increase the price on them. No-one earns any money on these so please don’t torture your dealer by asking for a discount on them! Thanks!
All Tensioner chain guides are supplied without chain rings! From the 01.10.2005 the Tensioner is supplied without chain rings. Therefore the Tensioner is cheaper. The DH rings are of course to be ordered individually. Attention! The bolt pattern 94 and 110 will run out in 2006 and will not available anymore.
12.09.2005 The Toro Pro and S-Pro series stems have been swapped!!
The Pro is now the S-Pro and that S-Pro now the Pro. After a weight optimization and change of material the Toro Pro had improved so much, that we had to swap the name to the S-Pro. The part numbers remain the same.
23.08.2005 All Imperator headsets are supplied with aluminum crown race ring!
Single steel rings are still available. The new models are equipped with an aluminum ring. As a spare part one can still order the steel rings. The Imperator S-Pro 1 1/8 control items are also available colored.

We developed the new Trekking Handlebar together with the trekking specialists “Räderwerk” in Lübeck. It took a long time, but now it’s perfect.

The Sudpin pedal was copied by other manufacturers too often. That´s why the design was revised and we launched it’s successor; Sudpin II. And because we were working on it anyway, we also designed a more reasonable, super strong version as well.

02.08.2005 bar ends
The bar ends were designed in co-operation with the Hardattack Marathon team in Mainz. Due to this Co-Sponsoring co-operation we let them put their logo on our team jackets as well. So don’t be surprised if you see the logos of competitors on our jackets. We’re relaxed about that kind of thing.
25.07.2005 It's Pete hub
The “It’s Pete” hub was revised in 2006 and adjusted to the new dropout style. The “It’s Pete II” is now a Jack of all trades but you unfortunately have to wait for a little longer. The delivery date will be the end of March 2007 at the earliest. We need some time to get the license rights from Shimano to build a disc brake adapter with Center Lock as well.

For 2006 we have 22 new products. It’s unusual, that we have so many products at once. The reason is Kalle Nicolai. One and a half years ago we were all a little bit drunk during a party, and in this condition you always tell the truth. Kalle said: “Udo, you only have old shit in your program, it’s time that you do something new. If you don’t do it for me, then do it at least for the industry.” After that I had to drink some more. It was too much for me to hear that from Kalle. I was very insulted, but when I was sober again, I had to admit, that he was right. One week later I talked to a specialist for racing bikes from Cologne, Werner Robrecht, who was very unhappy with the fact that it was not possible to adjust the seat angle on his new racing bike under one degree. I called Mattes and Jens and told them that we need something new, and that it needs to be a seatpost that you can adjust accurately to below one degree. The result is the Empire S-Pro II and you can find that here. Sometimes you just need a small hint. Thank you Kalle, thank you Werner.
